of July 2007.

kepada Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah (TTPR) mencatatkan penurunan dalam
tempoh tiga tahun lalu. Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan, Datuk
Seri Ong Ka Ting berkata, pada 2004, jumlah kes yang didaftarkan sebanyak
6,524 namun ia berkurangan kepada 5,624 kes pada 2005, 3,821 kes (2006)
dan 3,000 kes tahun lalu.
