BUTTERWORTH, Wed. - Eight of the housing projects abandoned this year because the developers encountered cash flow problems following the 1997 regional financial crisis have been found to have no "viability value" and cannot be revived. Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting, who said this today, added that many of the purchasers had also lost interest and were not keen in pursuing the project.
