Tribunal to carry out the necessary repairs on two houses there. Heng Loong
Trading Sdn Bhd must also cut down the coconut trees that have been causing

Semporna, after getting consent from the owner of the coconut farm.

those imposed in a Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) incorporated in amendments
to the Strata Title Act, their hopes could remain just that. This is primarily
