More Than 23,000 PKNS Property
Buyers Have Not Transferred Names

PETALING JAYA, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- More than 23,000 of PKNS property buyers
have not transferred the property to their names and the corporation will be
launching an integrated campaign for the purpose this year.
This will speed up the transfer process of 10,924 units of landed property
which include link-houses, bungalows, shops and industry lots, said PKNS
Public Relations Manager, Mohd Wazir Abdul Gani Friday.
A total of 12,261 buyers of apartments and flats have also failed to
transfer to their names, he said.
Those involved were in the areas of Shah Alam (7,765 units), Bandar Baru
Bangi (4,405), Ampang Hulu Klang (4,022), Kota Damansara (1,844), Petaling
Jaya (1,729) and other areas (3,420).
Mohd Wazir said owners which have still not transferred the property to
their names should meet PKNS officers or its panel of lawyers.
