I AM one of the 456 owners living in the Heritage Condominium in Jalan Pahang. The developer, Safety Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, went into liquidation in November 2003 and the official assignee took over the management of the condominium until February when the High Court appointed HLB Ler Lum to be the official liquidator.
