RESIDENTS of Taman Sri Timah in
Balakong, Selangor, claim that 20 of their 13-year-old houses have cracks
caused by disturbances from nearby construction work on a bungalow project.
They also claim that the natural greenery there, including a grassy slope
with trees and shrubs, have not been spared.

service apartment in 2000 under the Bandar Teknologi Lagenda Seremban project. According to the sales and purchase agreement
(SPA), the developer, Dataran Mantin Sdn Bhd, had to complete the project which involves his apartment before the SPA expiry date
in March 2003. But according to Raj,
although the SPA had expired, he had not
received any notice of delivery of
vacant possession until July this year.
