house buyers

GOING beyond the conventional buyer-seller relationship, Beneton Properties Sdn Bhd, the turnkey developer of
Prima Ukay residential development at Saujana Melawati, recently hosted a Family Day for more than 300 of its residents.
The fun-filled day is part of Beneton Properties’
on-going community service, to help foster strong ties and community spirit among the residents and their neighbours.
Beneton Properties chief operating officer Leong
Swee Man said builders had more responsibilities than to merely build homes.
“We strive to fulfil the needs of house buyers and
help create their dream homes,” she said.
“Beyond just aesthetics and design, this also means
living in a friendly and harmonious neighbourhood. As it is impossible to reach out to all communities, we felt that we could at
least start with those in areas we developed,” she said.
All the new home owners attended the event with
their families. “Surely this is an indication of a step in the right direction and we will definitely continue with similar
activities,” said Leong.
Apart from a buffet spread and lucky draw prizes,
the new residents were also presented with a Home Owner’s Kit which included the
structural key plan, mechanical and electrical drawings and architectural layout of their homes. The children were also not
left out. They took part in games organised by the developer.
Since the late 1970’s Beneton Properties have been a
keen property developer with a number of successful residential as well as commercial projects in Malaysia and abroad. Some of its
current projects include Taman Tampoi Indah II, Stonor Park – a 20-storey exclusive condominium project next to the Petronas Twin
Towers as well as the soon to be launched Prima Villa – an exclusive 64 units of semi-detached homes in Saujana Melawati. |
