jawatankuasa itu dipengerusikan oleh

Yaziz Yunus dan dianggotai oleh badan
bukan kerajaan (NGO), ketua
jawatankuasa taman, jawatankuasa surau,
Persatuan Ibu bapa dan Guru (PIBG) dan
sekolah sekitarnya.

23). His statement "there is nothing we can do when some
developers do not apply" shows he needs to re-read the
Strata Title Act as there is the provision of punishment
when developers deliberately choose not to comply with the
requirement that they must apply for the strata titles
within six months of obtaining the certificates of fitness
from the relevant local authorities.
