their houses in Taman Lukut Jaya in Port Dickson have expressed dissatisfaction
as until today the developer, a Malacca-based company, has yet to hand over
the title deeds to the properties. Although one of the directors of Astana
Strategi (M) Sdn Bhd, Datuk Wong Akau, had said on July 8 that the company
had managed to secure a few title deeds and that it was in the process of
obtaining another three, the buyers claimed that none of them had received
any.

say that house buyers own the open spaces in their housing estates as the
