Wed. - Some 31 "instant millionaires" who paid cash to purchase their houses in Taman Lukut Jaya in Port Dickson have expressed
dissatisfaction as until today the developer, a Malacca-based company, has yet to hand over the title deeds to the properties.
Although one of the directors of Astana Strategi (M) Sdn Bhd, Datuk Wong Akau, had said on July 8 that the company had managed to

This shows that cutting red tape is just a matter of identifying the blockages in the administrative process which cause the delays and which may be dispensed with without compromising standards of quality and efficiency.
