prices expected to experience a jump of between 0.5 and 1 per cent. Real Estate
and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) president Datuk Eddy
Chen Lok Loi said that steel is a major component in the construction of a
house, and any increase in raw materials will result in higher housing prices.
