SUBANG JAYA, Thurs. - The Land and Co-operative Development Ministry may consider adopting a different approach in issuing strata titles, a move that will see some changes in the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985. Minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam said this "modern approach" would involve the issuance of strata titles without waiting for the completion of the buildings.

been told not to pay certain individuals
who claim to have "ways" of getting
their applications approved. Batu MP Ng
Lip Yong said his office had received
five complaints on the matter so far.

get their homes. The project, which was abandoned in 1993, has been revived in a rescue scheme being carried out by Syarikat
Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB).
