                                        public relations manager, Mohd Salim 
                                        Yusoff, said under the scheme, house 
                                        buyers eyeing homes priced in the region 
                                        of RM200,000 would not have problems 
                                        raising funds for the downpayment and to 
                                        furnish their new home.
