Sell only completed
properties 02/11/2000 NST

which will ultimately affect the interests of not only the developers and
purchasers but also the lenders and financial institutions. It is therefore
timely that Finance Minister Tun Daim Zainuddin has called on builders to
consider selling only completed properties. There are obvious advantages in
this. From the purchaser's point of view, he will know what he is paying for.
