the developer has sealed and covered the entrances, exits and holes of the
whole place. The developer, MBf Property Services, at a cost of RM50,000,
began work to seal the holes with cement layers last December and had completed
the work recently.

he said currently, the management and maintenance of flats, apartments and
condominiums are being handled by the residents management corporation which

project has been ordered today to submit a report to the Kuala Selangor district
council on alleged structural defects in some 300 units of double-storey houses.

defects were, how it was caused and the remedial measures to be taken to rectify
