RESIDENTS at Taman Pusat Kepong, worried over the abandoned carpark project
which has turned into a dangerous "play pool" for children, are relieved as
the developer has sealed and covered the entrances, exits and holes of the
whole place. The developer, MBf Property Services, at a cost of RM50,000,
began work to seal the holes with cement layers last December and had completed
      the work recently.

      02/02/2000 NST
THE exultant mood that follows the purchase of a house can be shattered only
too easily. Housebuyers may think the sealing of an agreement to buy a home
will signify the start of a more settled life, but in most cases the euphoria
lasts only as long as it takes the ink to dry on the contract.
