Kelantan Menteri Besar Incorporated (KMBI) for allegedly contravening an
agreement. The company, Muhajirin Service Apartment Sdn Bhd (MSASB),
alleged that KMBI had breached the agreement when it decided to cancel
the agreement to jointly build a `Kondotel' (condominium cum hotel)
costing RM38 million on Lot 262, Mukim Kota Baru, with the plaintiff as
the main developer.

KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor dikesan negeri yang mempunyai bilangan projek
perumahan bermasalah paling tinggi di negara ini. Menurut laporan yang
dikeluarkan Bahagian Pengawasan dan Penguat Kuasa Kementerian Perumahan
dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), pada tahun lalu saja 2,029 aduan diterima
daripada pembeli di negeri itu iaitu kira-kira 45 peratus daripada
keseluruhan aduan.

SELANGOR Government has ordered Koperasi Malaysia Airport Bhd, the
developer of the Taman Gemilang housing scheme in Seri Gombak, to
demolish a row of 20 houses as they were built on State land. Menteri
Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo said the decision was made as the
developer had encroached Government land while asking it to approve a
buffer zone for the project which was located near a dam.
