In accordance with section 9(2)(c) of the Strata Titles Act 1985, you are
required to pay a deposit in respect of each provisional block and to submit
a written statement to the effect that you agree the deposit to be forfeited
to the Government in the event that the provisional block is not completed
or, if completed, has not been certified to be fit for occupation or use by
the given date or by such later date as the Director of Lands and Mines may
allow.
2. The Director of Lands and Mines has determined the amount of deposit
