Selangor to issue guidelines

Strata Act amended recently

THE Strata Titles Act (STA) 1985 has been amended recently to help
defuse the “time bomb” over the management of properties issued or to be
issued with strata titles. Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment

WHERE do you want to go? Friend’s house? Address? Don’t know, but know
which house? If you don’t know, you cannot enter! Sounds familiar? I
have experienced the frustration of being stopped and questioned and,
sometimes, denied access on public roads, while trying to visit friends
or get across to other areas of various housing estates, the most recent
being on a public road at Jalan Anggerik Eria 31/109, Kota Kemuning.

Guardhouses and roadblocks

AGAINST Unlawful Guardhouses, I totally disagree with you (“Stop
roadblock nonsense now – The Star, Aug 27).
Where I stay, we used to have people coming in a car and stealing
expensive shoes. Their actions were caught on digital camera, They do it
once or twice a month.
