SPNB revives
projects, seeks house buyers

PETALING JAYA: Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd (SPNB), a subsidiary of the
Finance Ministry, is trying to locate 1,175 house buyers for projects it
had successfully rehabilitated.
Of the projects, four are in Selangor – Taman Lingkaran Nur, Taman Sungai
Pinang, and Taman Kantan Permai Phase One and Phase Two.
Two are in Seberang Perai – Taman Widuri and Taman Sejahtera. The others –
Taman Sura Jati, Taman Rakyat Gambang, Taman Desa Melati, Taman Bistari,
Taman Rancha-rancha and Taman Sri Gedong – are located around the country.
SPNB appeals to the buyers or people who may know them to contact SPNB’s
Rehabilitation Section at 03-2057 3407 or 03-2052 3889.
