MY wife bought an apartment under the Lagun Perdana project near Bandar
Sunway, developed by a subsidiary of a public-listed company. Though it is
nearly five years from the date of the sale and purchase agreement, we have
yet to obtain the keys.
We were shocked to see blocks of uncompleted units at the site. We have
lodged a complaint with the Housing and Local Government Ministry.
Some of us pay rent while servicing our loan. This situation cannot go on.
We appeal to the authorities to come to our assistance and revive the
project.
