SEREMBAN, NEGRI SEMBILAN, Aug 15: Residents of the Le Renaissance
Condominiums in Taman Bukit Kaya here are appealing to the management to
take urgent action to solve the termite problem, which they claim has
plagued them since moving in two years ago.
A spokesman for the group, identified as Ng, said they had written to the
management and also to the Seremban Municipal Council but to no avail.
He said they had also sent the management an inspection report by James
White Ants Destroying Sdn Bhd which found heavy termite infestation in
certain areas.
The areas are along the walls at the car park and walls leading to the
higher floors of Block C, common rooms such as the riser, AHU, trees and
plants around the building.
