AFTER the Commonwealth Games 10 years ago, the apartments that housed the athletes were sold. The buyers now face a dilemma.

They have still not received their strata titles despite certificates of occupation being issued and all apartments being occupied.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall owes purchasers an explanation for this long delay.
