Keep non-gated status

THE Residents Association of Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor, will build guardhouses within Taman Wawasan 1, 2 and 3 next month.

We strongly disagree with this move as our properties are legally of non-gated status.

The monthly service charges will come to a huge sum by the time we retire.

This was our main concern and this was why we avoided buying any gated property initially.

Please don’t turn our property into a gatedone.
