Complaints bureau

It is refreshing news that the Public Complaints Bureau is to be overhauled (NST, Nov 18). I am glad it is it is now fine-tuned to speed up the Government delivery system. Government servants need a paradigm shift in dealing with the public and new ways to make them satisfied. We have many good public servants, but thosewho do not perform are spoiling the name of others.
