RESIDENTS of Vista Tasik Condominiums in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala
Lumpur have been facing fewer problems concerning lifts, low water,
pressure, uncovered drains and security after Dwitasik Management Services
Sdn Bhd stepped up action on these matters recently.
The residents Association pro tem com-mittee chairman, Mark
Chong, and com-mittee member P. Prathap thanked DAP Selangor vice-chairman
and public com-plaints bureau chairman Ong lng Siong for helping to
resolve the issues at a recent Press conference held at Ong's office in
Bandar Baru Cheras.
With them were the bureau's legal adviser, Yap Lum Chin,
and DAP Bandar Sungai Long branch chairman H.K.Tan.
"the request for a road hump in front of the entrance
has been approved by City Hall," said Ong.
He added that he needed more documentation of .,pi lice
reports to support the residents' request for a police beat station in
Bandar Sri Permaisuri.
"The electronic device, Saga Tag, which was purchased
from Grand Saga Sdn Bhd, has been very useful for travel between the two
toll plazas at Cheras Km9 and Cheras Km ll," said Tan.
"Without the tag, I would have to spend about half an
hour just to pass that stretch of road. However, the current Saga Tag
tends to be unreliable, so I need to buy new ones to replace it. But Grand
Saga has not been able to supply new ones as it has no stock," he' said,
adding that this had been the situation for some six months.
Tan appealed to Dng to help resolve the matter with the
relevant authorities.
Ong replied that he needed feedback on the Saga Tag
problem and had designed a form for tag owners. They have until June 11 to
submit the forms. For more information, call Ong at 012-3260038. - By
