MB: Pressure developers for strata titles

Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Tan Sri Mohamed Isa Abdul Samad
has advised buyers of high-rise units to pressure their developers to apply
for strata titles in view of the large number of developers who have failed
to do so.
According to state records, 35 developers, mostly in Port
Dickson and here, have yet to make the applications.
''Buyers must urge their developers to apply for strata titles
because it is their right,'' Isa said after the weekly exco meeting yesterday.
He said the state would be organising a seminar next month
to educate developers and related agencies on the importance of obtaining the
strata titles.
