HOUSING DEVELOPERS (CONTROL AND LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1998

IN exercise of the powers. conferred by section 24 of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118], the Minister makes the following regulations:

 

1.  Citation.

These regulations may be cited as the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) (Amendment) 1998.

2.  Application.

These Regulations shall apply only to Kawasan Perbadanan Putrajaya as described in section 10 of the Perbadanan Putrajaya Act 1995 [Act 536].

3.  New clause 13A of Schedule G.

The Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Regulations 1989 [P. U. (A) 58/89], which in these Regulations are referred to as the "principal Regulations", are amended in clause 13 of Schedule G by inserting after that clause the following clause:

" 13A. Restriction against change of colour node.

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 13, the Purchaser shall not carry out or cause to be carried out any change in the colour of the exterior of the said Building without the prior written consent of the Appropriate Authority.".

4.  New clause 13A of Schedule H.

Schedule H of the principal Regulations are amended in clause 13 by inserting after that clause the following clause:

" 13A. Restriction against change of colour code.

Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 13, the Purchaser shall not carry out or cause to be carried out any change in the colour of the exterior of the said Building without the prior written consent of the Appropriate Authority.".
