Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 6) Order 2007.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Koperasi Guru-Guru Melayu Perak Berhad from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of 77 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot Nos. P.T. 184301-P.T. 184377, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan.
