Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 5) Order 2007.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Koperasi Perumahan Melayu Kinta Berhad from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of 189 units of double storey terrace houses and 108 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot Nos. P.T. 184405-P.T. 184593, Lot Nos. P.T. 208266-P.T. 208319 and Lot Nos. P.T. 204692-P.T. 204745, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan.
