Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2007.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Koperasi Sungai Lang Berhad from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of 28 units of single storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit bungalow house on Lot No. 1513, Mukim Kelanang, District of Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
