Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2007.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Koperasi Kopema Berhad from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of 48 units of single storey terrace houses on Lot No. 71, Mukim Tanjung Karang, District of Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
