Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2007.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP) from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of 199 units of single storey terrace houses and 229 units of double storey terrace houses known as Taman Tawas Mewah on Lot No. 21716, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan.
