In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1. Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2008.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts licensed housing developer Sunrise Quality Sdn. Bhd. (Housing Developer Licence No.: 10151-1/08-2011/810) from the application of paragraph 5(5)(b) of the Housing Development (control and Licensing) Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 58/1989] for the development and sale of 344 units of condominium houses known as MK10 on lot 57943, Mukim Batu, in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur.
