Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2008.

2. Exemption

The Minister exempts Perbadanan Memajukan Iktisad Negeri Terengganu (PMINT) from the provisions of the said Act for the development and sale of housing accommodation for a period of three (3) years with effect from the date this order is published in the Gazette.
