Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966[Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

1.  Citation

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2008.

2.  Exemption

The Minister exempts Koperasi Kesatuan Guru-Guru Melayu Malaysia Barat Berhad from the provisions of the Act for the development and sale of 41 units of double storey terrace houses, 2 units of double storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit double storey bungalow on lot 128, 137, 608, 610, 612 and 950, Mukim 08, in the District of Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang.
