Syarikat itu mendapat pinjaman berjangka RM110 juta daripada Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Bhd bagi menyiapkan projek itu yang asalnya dibangunkan anak syarikat Anson Perdana Bhd, Eternal Resources Sdn Bhd, dengan kerjasama Perbadanan Pembangunan Pulau Pinang (PDC).
